Cream Cheese Dip

How to make Cream Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

  • 85g Angel Food cream cheese

  • ½ cup tinned cannellini beans

  • 1t finely minced onion

  • ½ t mustard powder

  • 1 t salt

  • ¼ c neutral flavoured oil, e.g. rice bran or sunflower

  • 1 T cider vinegar or white wine vinegar

How to make Cream Cheese Dip

  1. Coarsely grate or finely chop the cream cheese to make blending easier.

  2. Blend all ingredients in a food processor or with a powerful stick blender.

  3. Add a little more liquid (plant-based milk, or water, or aquafaba) if it’s too thick.

  4. To serve, top with a swirl of olive oil and sprinkle with paprika and snipped chives.
