Cream Cheese Dip
Ingredients:
85g Angel Food cream cheese
½ cup tinned cannellini beans
1t finely minced onion
½ t mustard powder
1 t salt
¼ c neutral flavoured oil, e.g. rice bran or sunflower
1 T cider vinegar or white wine vinegar
How to make Cream Cheese Dip
Coarsely grate or finely chop the cream cheese to make blending easier.
Blend all ingredients in a food processor or with a powerful stick blender.
Add a little more liquid (plant-based milk, or water, or aquafaba) if it’s too thick.
To serve, top with a swirl of olive oil and sprinkle with paprika and snipped chives.
