Cheese Sauce
Ingredients:
2T vegan butter
2T plain flour (gluten-free if required)
1 cup plant-based milk
½ cup Angel Food dairy-free cheddar, grated
1t prepared mustard
Salt and pepper
How to make Cheese Sauce (Steps)
Melt vegan butter in a small saucepan over a medium heat.
Sprinkle in flour and cook until frothy, stirring constantly.
Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly until sauce boils and thickens.
Add the grated cheddar and continue cooking for 2 more minutes, stirring often.
Add mustard, and salt and pepper to taste.
