Quick Pickled Red Onions
Ingredients
½ cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1½ teaspoons salt
1 cup water
1 red onion, thinly sliced
How to make Quick Pickled Red Onions
Combine vinegar, sugar, salt and water in a bowl or jar.
Whisk until the sugar and salt dissolve.
Add the sliced onion and set aside at room temperature for 1 hour.
Then pop them in the fridge (for up to two weeks) or enjoy straight away.
