Olive & Cheddar Loaf
Instructions:
Add warm water, yeast and sugar to a bowl - leave for 10 minutes until the yeast is foamy.
Add salt, oil, and flour. Mix until combined.
Add olives and grated cheddar.
Knead until dough is smooth.
Leave dough covered for 1 hour to prove.
Bake in the oven at 180C for 1 hour.
Serve hot or cold with a delicious spread of Savour dairy-free butter!

4 tbsp olive oil
3 cups bread flour
3 tbsp sliced black olives
1 cup grated Angel Food Dairy-Free Cheddar
