Cheesy Hotdogs
INGREDIENTS
4 vegan sausages
4 hot dog buns
1 large red or brown onion, finely sliced
½ cup Angel Food vegan cheddar, grated
Tomato sauce
Mustard
Optional Extras:
Sauerkraut or kimchi
Jalapenos
Sliced olives
Steps to make Cheesy Hotdogs
Heat a pan with a small amount of oil and a pinch of salt, and fry the onions on medium heat until soft.
Fry the sausages until brown and crisp.
Cut a wedge out of the top of each hot dog bun and fill with grated cheddar.
Grill until the buns are toasty and the cheese is melting.
On top of the melted cheese, layer a sausage and onions and more grated cheddar.
Drizzle with tomato sauce and mustard and any other toppings you fancy.
