Viral Big Mac Tacos Recipe with Angel Food Sour Cream

Ingredients (makes 8 tacos):

  • Big Mac Replica Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup Angel Food sour cream

  • 1 tsp dijon mustard

  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup

  • 3 tbsp gherkin relish

  • 1 tbsp caster sugar

  • 1 tsp white vinegar

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Other Ingredients:

  • 8 tacos

  • 4 vegan patties, cut in half to make 8 thinner patties

  • 8 slices Angel Food cheddar

  • Chopped lettuce

Method:

Heat a large fry pan with 1 tsp olive oil. Smash a patty with a fork onto each taco to spread it out. Place a taco (patty side down) on the fry pan and fry for 2-3 minutes. Flip over, place a cheese slice on top then cover the pan with a lid to melt the cheese. Remove from pan and repeat with the rest of the tacos. Top with lettuce and “Big Mac” sauce and enjoy!
