Cheesy Spinach Filo Pastries
Ingredients:
2 cups spinach, chopped
180g tofu, crumbled
1 cup Angel Food plant-based mozzarella, grated
1 tsp crushed garlic
½ cup oat milk
3 sheets vegan puff pastry
Black sesame seeds
Method:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees fan bake.
2. Mix together all ingredients until well combined.
3. Fold mixture into de-frosted pastry sheets, folding into triangles.
4. Brush with vegan milk and sprinkle in sesame seeds.
5. Bake for 15 minutes until golden, flipping halfway through.
6. Serve with a side of tomato chili relish.
