Vegan Cheese Rolls
Ingredients
8 slices sandwich bread (cut the crusts off 2 opposite sides for easier rolling)
1/2 cup of vegan mayo
1 cup of grated Angel Food Cheddar
1 small onion, finely diced
3 Tbsp vegan margarine
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to about 180C.
Mix together grated cheddar, vegan mayo, and diced onion.
Spread about 1T of filling on each slice of bread and roll up. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
Spread margarine on tops of rolls, bake for about 7 minutes until crisp and golden. Serve hot.
