Alice Shopland​ founded Angel Food in 2006 as a way to bring vegan food products to the New Zealand market. The company was the first commercial producer of vegan cheese in Aotearoa and sold 150 tonnes in 2020. Shopland​ shares what she has learnt from over a decade at the forefront of animal-free food production.
