Pesto Pizza with Cherry Tomatoes
Ingredients:
100g Angel Food Mozzarella, grated
Pizza base
Cherry tomatoes, halved
Button mushrooms, sliced
3 Tbsp tomato pizza sauce
3 Tbsp vegan pesto, we used our Nut-Free pesto recipe.
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Prep the pizza. Get your pizza base and spread the tomato pizza sauce evenly.
Sprinkle Angel Food Mozzarella over the sauce. Then add cherry tomatoes and button mushrooms over the cheese and place in the oven.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until the base is cooked and cheese melted.
Take the pizza out of the oven and drizzle homemade vegan pesto over the top and serve!
