Cream Cheese Stuffed Peppadews
Ingredients
1 jar of peppadews
Angel Food Cream Cheese (leave out of fridge for 30 minutes first to soften slightly)
Squeeze of fresh lemon juice (optional)
Clove of garlic, minced (optional)
Handful of fresh herbs - we like chives or parsley (optional)
Instructions:
The simple version of these stuffed peppadews, is to just take two teaspoons, scoop out little cream cheese balls, and stuff into the peppadews.
If you would like to make a fancier version, whip the cream cheese, lemon juice, and herbs in a food processor until smooth.
Then add cream cheese mixture to a piping bag and pipe into the peppadews.
