Fresh marshmallows are the best treat treat imaginable – and when you make your own, they’re freshest and best-est!

Here at Angel Food we’ve packaged up a magical mix which means you can make your own marshies at home, ready for eating as is, slipping into a smore, or decorating the top of a very special birthday cake.

From your pantry you’ll need to grab sugar, water and vanilla essence, and you're away. In the equipment department, a fast electric mixer and a candy thermometer are almost essential.

Each pack makes up to 50 generously-proportioned, smooth and creamy marshmallows.

Ingredients: modified starch (sago), rice starch, agar, emulsifiers 475 and 471. All ingredients are plant derived.
